Rifle Weapon / Discussion

The naming for this is a little awkward since we have plenty of other 'rifle' weapons, which are automatic weapons instead. I'm not sure what else to call these, though, since I'm not sure that referring to them all as sniper weapons would be accurate, and the text for Longarm does refer to them as rifles.

Podcast 37: Gun update changed one existing technique that didn't get noticed for ages. Kinak isn't sure whether we've noticed yet. (Post below if we have, I don't need no steenking guns.)

Also some minor technique interactions haven't been found.

Okay, I'll disperse more notes around the wiki when I listen to more of the podcast (46 minute mark onward). Hope people don't mind the recent posts spam, I like having these in places where someone spading the topic later will see them.

I think Longarm was the one that changed (Arkaim found it weeks later).

(I like the podcast hints, I think it is less likely for things to get overlooked that way.)
