While underwater	1
You float a grenade, letting it explode when the timer runs out near <opponent>. It fills the water with steam and metal shards, dealing <X> damage. Or, against multiple opponents: You float a frag grenade into the midst of your enemies, trusting the timer to trigger. It explodes, filling the water with metal and steam, dealing <X> damage.
