Description	These fliers advertise a counter-party being run at the Happy Hour, in opposition to the main Metroplex U Halloween party in the dorms. Apparently it's being put on by the main… actually, as far as you know, only… fraternity on campus. The front of each flier features blandly attractive women in revealing Halloween attire. The back promises an open bar and, in a pithy if rather insensitive note, "a record of zero fatalities."
