Furniture

Furnishings are usable items you put in your dwelling. You can have up to 3 items in your apartment at a time. Removing an item costs 1 energy but installing furniture does not.

Attempting to remove an item with 0 energy gives the message:

You don't have the Energy to go rearranging furniture right now.

Only one of each is allowed. On trying to install a second one:

<Normal install message>

But, you take it back rather than duplicating the <item> you already have.
