Uses

Allows you to record experiences live and upload them to your gang's target gallery.

After fighting with one equipped:

Your gallery visor beeps in confirmation that it uploaded that battle to your gang's database.

Or, if you're not in a gang or in a gang without a target gallery:

Your gallery visor makes a mournful noise, indicating it can't find a database to accept its recording.
