Description	Although it was originally developed for a security force, this program and its massive archive of gang signs has come into use by the gangs themselves. If it works as advertised, it'll use a sight link to pick up any "undesirable activity"… which is to say, members of other gangs. The downside, of course, is that the security force had servers to run the software, so it'll do a number on a normal PDA if it'll run at all.
