Gel Shield

Description	This riot shield was fairly unwieldy to begin with, then had a layer of heavy gel bonded to the inside. It's getting a bit awkward to hold, let alone move around. Anything that gets through the ballistic plastic will have to go through the gel as well to get to you. It's not a bad arrangement.
