Uses

Winning combat with Midgard drones with this equipped: (gives +5% progress)

Your Ghost recorder beeps, indicating that it's gathered <X>% of the required data.

Or, if you have also seen the mysterious drone signature: (gives +10% progress)

You can fill in some gaps left by the Ghost recorder with your own knowledge of the drones' coding, getting up to <X>% of the required data.

The number displayed is your total running tally of how much data you've gathered.

Once you hit 100%, the message after subsequent fights is instead:

Your Ghost recorder has gathered all the data it needs.
