Uses

Interacts with sushi made from the massive tentacle.

Sometimes, after combat with the ghoul maw equipped, it gives an extra message, and you learn one instance of Ghoul Bite. Working hypothesis is that this message depends on your current hunger level, but more spading is needed. This does not require Etheric, nor Ghoultouched apparently.
