Grand Staircase

Initial Text

You find your way to the grand staircase leading up to the second floor. Assuming the posted signs aren't lying to you, it's the Hall of Sculptures where this is the Hall of Paintings.

And, if etheric:

As you consider heading upstairs, you hear a faint scratching sound from above, matched by a rising sense of foreboding.

Peek up


You slink halfway up the stairs and peek over the edge. There are some weird exhibits up on the second floor, but nothing that seems remotely dangerous.

Of course, it's not like they'd have a live explosives display, right?

You make your way upstairs to the hall of statues. You're greeted at the top of the stairs by a memorial display to the dead of the Orbital Wars, but the hall is filled with exhibits.

Yeah, there's no point going up stairs when there's so much cool stuff down here.
