As anyone who’s organized a big party can tell you, it’s a lot of work. The poor bastards organizing the Metroplex U Halloween Bash this year are already starting up.
I’d sure they’d appreciate some help, although the whole “not being a student” thing might give you problems. But I have faith in you :)
Of course, there are other people with different ideas of how things should turn out. They might appreciate your help too, although they might not jump out and ask.
You probably guessed that your choices are going to matter, but there’s a bit of a catch: everyone’s choices effect the final outcome. That means different encounters and rewards for the party, even a few changes that extend further down the road.

This message on the devblog marks the start of the pre-Halloween celebrations, opening up the Student Dorms for the first time, if you have a ticket.
Party Setup
There's a party going on in the dorms, but everyone has a different idea of what would be best for the party.
- To get into the dorms, ask to the punk on Insulting Punk quad about Halloween. He'll give you a ticket to get in.
There are various groups you can help:
- You can help the party organizers buy supplies and set up.
- Alternatively, you can talk to the Frat Leader and help them by spiking the punch with various kinds of alcohol.
- Alternatively, you can talk to the Happy Art Student in the Happy Hour and help him by spiking the punch with Eclipse.
There are various choice adventures in the dorms that let you either help or hinder the setup.
Party
On the 31st of October, a new set of adventures went in - see Halloween Party 2009.
Aftermath
On Nov. 1st, the dorms were closed off, but players could vist them one final time to receive an appropriate reward from the faction they had assisted, as well as any Halloween skeletons they had purchased.
