Prior to the end of Halloween 2011, this was a usable item, and the following applied:

Use	You fill out the ticket and turn it in to the student council. They promise there'll be a headstone waiting for you at the party and they'll have it waiting for you afterwards to do… whatever it is you'd do with a tombstone.
Multi	You fill out the tickets and turn them in to the student council. They seem excited you donated so much and promise there'll be headstones waiting for you after the party.
