Must have chosen to pass around a thermos of Joe in an Fishing Tales encounter.
Must have any type of fishing pole equipped.

You make your way down to the spot where the dockhands mentioned fish were biting. A pair of workers are already there, chatting and watching their lures.

You're a little leery of fishing where two people are already depleting the stock, but they weren't lying about the fish biting.

Looks like somebody dropped something earlier. Nobody here seems to know whose it was, so you keep it.

Gain greatly improved fishing results. Only known source of new fishing pole and lost hook.
