Overview

Hel is one of the four survivors of the Slags explosion.

She says:

[David]'s the furthest along, figuring out how to make the… energies of the Incident work for us. I'd call him a sorcerer, but he'd laugh.

He'll explain better than I can. All I could do is use the witchfire he gave me and barely that.

However, Kinak has said on various podcasts (#27, etc.) that Hel would be a force to contend with in an etheric fight. It's unknown what powers she has and how/if she was affected by the Slags experiments/explosion.
