Description	A common, but frustrating, problem with Integrated Neural Enhancers (or "wires" if you're not in a board room) is random muscle spasms. The solution, some sort of feedback reduction, ends up reducing the force of sudden muscle movements rather noticeably. These inhibited wires are actually fine for normal people who just need wires because their nerves are damaged somehow, but are considered rather flawed by gang members and young hooligans. As such, they're very popular among Corps trying to clean up the tarnished image of cybernetics.
