Item/Effect Flags
The following is a list of hidden flags that items or effects can have. These seem to work in the same way that other bonuses work (eg. Melee Defense), except that they are hidden from the player. They are often used as counters for outfit parts or other hidden checks in the code.
For the most part, the item flags only appear on items, and the effect flags only appear on effects, but they are actually all in the same category of flags, and some use both (eg. Punk Outfit).
