Hi! It looks like Halloween is coming up again.
Midgard's launching their new SD6 spider drone the same day, so we figured some spider themed stuff could be fun. That's mostly in decorations, but we've got some cool stuff lined up for food and drinks as well. Some folks from Midgard have different input into those.
The big expenditures I can see are getting the room before the day of so we can prepare properly. And, if we have enough money, we can actually get a couple ballrooms this time because Silver Towers is pretty empty with the party across town. I really wanna see what we can do with an extra room or two.

What's Halloween without a little blood to drink up, right? I know that was more my predecessor's thing, but everyone keeps shooting down my suggestions for "yarrrr, more grog."
Ummm, ahem, yeah.
If we sell enough, I even heard we can get a good deal on some wine from the SD6 product launch. I haven't tasted it, but the bottles have really neat patterns on them, which is how I usually choose wine. Our contact says it's part of the source code for the SD6. Pretty neat, right?

Decorations!/We need decorations!
Decorations! Well, we certainly need a lot of them and catering isn't exactly going to set them up for us.
They're all supposed to come in by drone, because the Silvers own a drone service and… it's a whole thing. Anyway, we're hoping to build a whole cave system if we get a chance. Like a haunted cavern. Houses are so last year!
And don't listen to the Midgard people, they can't seem to decide if they want glittery decorations or an occult theme or just egg sacs everywhere. The glitter people are the most insistent, but it's like they never planned a party before! You've got to focus!

Preparation!/Staging area
Staging has been a huge struggle in Silver Towers before. We'd like to have four, maybe five days to get everything set up, but we're lucky we can even afford Halloween proper. Midgard's product launch has bumped a lot of Halloween parties up a few days, so it just gets more expensive the further we get from Halloween.
Without the room, we don't even have anywhere to send shipments to.
Anyway, I don't think we'll get the millions we need to actually have the venue the whole time, but any bit helps.

Expansion!/A bigger room!
We've only ever done one ballroom before, but a lot of Silver Towers is open on Halloween. If we get enough stuff set up in the staging room first, we should be able to expand to another couple ballrooms… if we can afford them. Even with Midgard's big party drawing everyone's attention away, Silver Towers ballrooms are not cheap.
But if we can get a couple, the skies the limit!

Hello! Here's this year's final totals, so nobody has to ask me for them.
It looks like we have 801,850 credits for the drinks, which should be enough get us some blood, thanks mostly to GoldS.
Everyone loves candy, right? We've raised 763,100 and are working on getting some apples, thanks mostly to GoldS.
Halloween means costumes! And not just for people… we had to dress up the venue too! We raised 770,300 for all the decorations we got dropped off, thanks largely to Argeth.Now we're waiting for the decoration shipments to come in. We've had some problems with them getting intercepted, but I prefer to think that's just how they get delivered: nice people pick them up for us early.
