Description	At first glance, this would look like any random bundle of wires. It's actually a very special bundle of wires. It won't last forever, but with this guy wrapped around your head, you'll be able to pump neural recordings into your brain. There are other, more consistent, options available from Zaibatsu, but they're hard to get your hands on in Metroplex.
Type	Usable
Use	You wrap the cabling around your head and connect it where you can. It doesn't look good and won't last long, but it should get the job done.
