Description	This firework is strictly legal for public use according to the Midgard Legal Code. Unfortunately, that means it's kind of puny and won't fly very far.
Type	Usable
Use	You send up the weak firework. It hops into the air and explodes with a muffled "poof!" With fireworks shades equipped, once per day: Wow, with these shades you really can stare right at it. You've earned 3 XP in Will
Effect	amusement :)
