Description	The bullets in this clip are loaded with a heavy metallic powder. Shots you fire with this will probably make a bigger cloud than a hole in the target.

Use	You slot a clip of the strange rounds. They seem to work, but leave a slippery black powder on everything.
Multi	You carefully store the clips so the powder within doesn't get everywhere. Even just handling them leaves a fine layer of metallic powder on everything.
