Description	Weapons like this crop up from time to time, mostly rusted old husks from back during the Orbital Wars. But this one appears to be new. That's not the weirdest thing about it, however. Someone's attached handles to the thing like a human is supposed to lift it and somehow keep control of the thing, rather than mounting it on a drone or vehicle like a sane person.
