Upon completing the Docks Quest and declining the 500 credit reward, Mikhail buys a new grill and the following changes occur:
- New items are added to the menu

- The price of Mikhail's Jumbo Platter changes

After supplying Mikhail with fish, new items are added to the menu:

After completing the Docks Quest and talking to Mikhail about how the store is doing, you unlock the ability to give him fish once per day.
If you end up getting enough of a fish to sort me for the day, feel free to drop some off. Even just a half-dozen would do.
