Someone has filled one of the conference rooms with barrels that look like they were hauled from the Slags, complete with green fluid pooling on the floor from leaking barrels, but the room is filled with an overpowering minty scent.

You're not sure who would choose minty punch for Halloween, but it's possible that's what you're looking at here.
