When Outside the Slags:
You call out from the shore, demanding it give up its treasures. Slowly, items begin to drift in from the lake.

You call out from the docks, demanding the lake's treasures. Objects begin to drift up to the docks for you to pluck from the water.

You call out into the sewer tunnels, demanding their treasures. Although the sewers' treasures are not rich, they are numerous, as a wave of filthy objects comes to rest at your feet.

You call out into the lakes of fire, demanding they give up their treasure. Somewhat to your surprise, they comply.

You call out to the sea, demanding it give up its treasures. Slowly, items gather around you like a slow-motion typhoon.

In Southside Park (including the Fires Of The Black Book), Metroplex U, inside The Slags, Oldtown or Downtown:
You call out, demanding treasure, but nothing seems to happen. Perhaps you're too far from the water.
You call out for treasure, but the walls of the lab don't seem particularly forthcoming.
In the Midgard Warehouse:
You call out demanding treasure, but you can't see the Docks from here. Perhaps the treasures showed up there.
Subsequent uses:
You've demanded, and received, treasure today. Possibly you should give your faithful servants a break.

Possible reward for the Ship of the Damned quest. Head for the treasure after saving all of the corpses and use the sea lord's crown.
