Description	Most civilian cyberware is built to blend in with the human body. This particular set of arms, though, is almost freakishly muscular. It's hard to say whether that matches the original wearer or was some sort of fashion statement. Unfortunately, with your more realistic proportions, the arm's movements can be a little jerky.
