Source: Zack Notes: Competes with biofeedback vest and mimetic vest for the shirt slot. In run, the mimetic vest is pretty impractical to craft. The advantages of +code finesse is pretty unknown and hard to compare. If it's in-season, the coat is pretty powerful if you can manage to power it up.
