Using this function costs you 1 Hardening.

If you have no Hardening and have the Coat Of Masterful Circuitry equipped:

With your Hardening depleted, you drain resources from the system instead… noisy but effective. (+2 Unsubtle)

Otherwise, if you have no Hardening and one of the other coat forms:

With your Hardening depleted, your Offboard Command doesn't have the resources it needs. (-2 Command)
