You enter a calming waiting room and are given a stack of forms to fill out. Apparently, the office here is fully acredited to install and remove cyberware.
They'll install whatever you want, but do charge 199 credits for each operation. Naturally, they seem to prefer that you'd shop at the front of the store.

They can remove cyberware along with installing it. According to the paperwork, any cyberware removed has to be destroyed.

The doctors put you under for what seems like a moment. When you wake, they've replaced your old flesh and blood with a new <part>.

Trying to install a second implant while any Cyber Sickness Effects are active:

Trying to install without enough body left:
The cyberdoc shakes his head. "I'm sorry, but I don't think we can perform any more modification with all these… chemicals in your system. I'd suggest taking some time to detox."
Trying to install with another implant from the same category already installed:
The cyberdoc shakes his head. "I'm sorry, but I don't think we can perform any more modification there with <cyberpart> you already have in place."
Trying to install without enough credits:
It doesn't look like you can afford to use the facility here.
After uninstallation:
The doctors put you under for what seems like a moment, removing your recalled <cyberpart> and leaving you to recuperate.
