Description	This pocketwatch is inscribed with the dates of the Orbital Wars on the back. It's even worn and dusty enough to belong to that era. You seem to recall digital watches were already a thing back then, but some classics never go out of style. At the very least it has some sort of mechanical assist so you don't have to remember to wind it. But, right down to the bullet-creased edge, it almost seems too perfect, like someone plucked it from a neural recording set or pulled it from the idea of the Orbital Wars.

When equipped, while Etheric, you will get the following choice encounters every few turns:

Quest outline

Supporting the corps

1. In Well Appointed Tower, Talk to the CEO.
2. In Speaking With The Executive, Agree to help (gain 20 Corporate Hunt).
3. Repeatedly scout in the Drone Command Center to determine the size of the nationalist's armies (see that page for details). When you are ready to Make the call, you gain:
   1. Time of War skill or,
   2. army drone model if you already have the skill

Supporting the nationalists

1. In Well Appointed Tower, Approach the king.
2. In Audience With The King, Agree to help (gain 20 National Hunt).
3. Repeatedly scout in the Dreaming Dust Castle to determine the location and guard of the enemy's HQ (see that page for details). When you are ready to Make the call, you gain:
   1. Time of Collapse skill or,
   2. national crown if you already have the skill

Achieving peace

1. Do both the above quests at least twice each to gain a army drone model and national crown.
2. Do both of (either order):
   1. Equip an army drone model, go to Speaking With The Executive, and Suggest new designs, and return to the main tower.
   2. Equip a national crown, go to Audience With The King, and Suggest peace, and return to the main tower.
3. In Well Appointed Tower, Chat with the runner and then Try to broker peace to gain:
   1. Time of Peace skill or,
   2. dove plaque if you already have the skill or,
   3. Echo of Doves if you already have the plaque installed
