Description	This mass of electronics seems to be centered around a large needle. A tube filled with what looks like glow-in-the-dark paint completes its image as something out of a mad scientist's lab. In theory, you could probably inject yourself with whatever's in there… which, if you're understanding the rest of the device correctly, would be followed by an intense electic shock. Or you could do anything else in the world.

Use	You carefully align the device and jab yourself with the massive needle. The glowing fluid drains into you and you begin hearing whispers speaking a language you don't recognize but can understand. It's probably safe to say this is what going mad feels like, but that thought is stripped away in the haze of electronic agony as the device burns itself out channeling electricity through your twitching body. You take 30-36 damage.
