Versus aquatic opponents	-
You splash <opponent>, but it's washed off too quickly to have much effect.
Versus opponents made of fire	6	Increases damage with Fire Power, however it uses no attribute
You splash <opponent> with sticky petrol that bursts into flames for <x> fire damage.
