Description	Like everything else on the Phoenix's menu, this sandwich is drenched in their signature sauce. Underneath that, they say the sandwich's filling is tofu and mushroom meatballs, but you're not entirely sure which of those terms to believe. If your time in Southside taught you anything, it's probably not much mushroom or meat… so tofuballs with some mushroom-derived flavoring and synthetic meat flakes.

Use	This sandwich is surprisingly tasty. The bread isn't anything to write home about but it helps soak up the fiery sauce and the "meatballs" are savory enough you can actually taste them.
