Slip past

Records%20Department.jpg

You squeeze past the sleeping creature on your way through the tunnel. Shortly after its massive bulk, the tunnel opens into an underground chamber filled with records.

(Sets location to Records Vault)

Attack it

The massive creature is surprisingly fast to respond, digging its claws into the tunnel ceiling above you.

(Fight Titanic Mole; removes encounter for the day if you win?)

Or, after feeding it today:

The massive creature reluctantly begins pulling down the ceiling. If you didn't know better, you'd think it was confused and hurt.

(Fight Titanic Mole; removes encounter for the day if you win?)

Call a centipede (with a binding tome equipped and at least one instance of Burrowing Horror in your deck)

You call up a burrowing horror, which the massive creature scoops up with one massive claw and devours. It's possible you're projecting, but it seems happy.

You've earned 4 XP in Will

Leave it be

There are certain things in this world you're fairly sure are just hallucinations. This is one of those.

(Walk Away)
