Recruiter

Recruiter is a rank you can assign members in a gang.

A gang's recruiters are responsible for approving applications, if the gang uses them. In addition to that, they can whitelist and blacklist players from the gang.

Blacklisted players cannot join the gang, even if it's normally open recruitment. Whitelisted players can join the gang, bypassing any restrictions or approvals.

The only others with access to these functions are the Gang Leaders themselves.
