Uses

While equipped:

• Using a Survey of Modern Poetry transforms it into programmatic poetry.
• Reading some Post Archive (University Net) lets you jot notes. Once you have jotted enough notes (5-8 times?), choosing Horrible Poet: "Respond with worse" transforms it into vicious poetry.

This item is not a component for any kind of crafting.
