Use Text	With 10 or more energy of Etheric: A legion of sea creatures march out of the water, singing a triumphant song, and carry you into the depths. You spend days, perhaps weeks, living among them, learning their ways. Then, they slowly fade in the light of day. They must be invisible. That should be handy, right? For bringing you treasures? Yes, of course, they're invisible and they love you. You've learned a new Skill: Monarch's Call (Consumes 10 energy of Etheric) With 9 or less energy of Etheric: A crazy person might crown themselves king of the seas. And while you might be crazy, you're not quite crazy enough to imagine you have a legion of followers. If you already have the skill: You wander around with your crown for a while. You're king of the sea, after all. If used when not near the water (e.g.Southside): This doesn't really feel like the right place to use a crown carved with all sorts of sea scenes. Maybe somewhere closer to water.
