Description	In brilliant reds and golds, this top is part of a costume that was supposed to ignite Metroplex's love for itself (and presumably sell a lot of Zaibatsu merchandise). However, it didn't turn out that way, with the prototypes lining the racks in the Zaibatsu enclave.
