He isn't carrying any identification, just some pills and an old book.

Notes

Every fire attack you use swings the inferno into your favor. Giving you less and less end of round damage until eventually the fire turns against your foe.

Burning Brand	Normally: The dark figure grabs a burning brand from the flames and strikes you with it for <X> damage. Unknown condition: The dark figure grabs a burning brand from the flames and drives it into your flesh for <X> damage.
Flame Refuge	The dark figure retreats through the flames. <You attack>, but it's hard to approach the dark figure through the flames, letting it avoid all but <X> / of the damage.
Flaming Debris	The dark figure tosses a handful of flaming debris at you for <X> damage.
