You fill the air with silver bullets, pumping them into <opponent> for <X> damage. <Opponent attacks>, but the silver bullets in the air crackle with energy and absorb all but <X> / of the damage.
With Undead Scourge and against an opponent with werewolf infection	7	?? (E)
You fill the air with silver bullets, pumping them into <opponent> for <X> damage and burning into his flesh. NEEDS CONFIRMATION: <Opponent attacks>, but the silver bullets in the air crackle with energy and absorb all but <X> / of the damage.
With Mercy Killer	7	-
You pump silver bullets into <opponent>. The bullets crackle, as though they had somehow been electrified, and deal <X> damage.

Notes

This, along with silver items, allows you to permanently kill the spectral sailors on the ghost ship.
Using this technique with an improbable gun equipped can grant the Conservative Fire technique.

Disables the Fade Into Mists technique:

<Opponent> attempts to fade into the mists, but is fixed in place by your silver bullets. They burn like tiny stars in the night.

Disables the Mist Shroud technique:

The shrouded hand swoops down to shroud you in mist, but the silver bullets flash brilliantly through its form, driving it back.

No underwater penalty, for the base for at least.
