| Description | You don't see a ton of women in dresses in Southside. Even in downtown, they're largely out of style. But, as with any style, there are always a few people trying to bring them back… or just too old-fashioned to realize times have changed. Although an elaborate throwback in style, this dress probably belonged to someone in the former camp. The fabric is similar to trendy suits, so black that it seems to drink light, and cut tight enough it was obviously never intended for the demure generation that fought the Orbital Wars. |
