Initial Text

You come across a new Midgard drone. It seems almost custom built for this task, endlessly carrying rocks from the pit back towards to the rim.

It moves a bit slower than a human, but it certainly isn't a slouch when it comes to breaking down rocks.

Summary of Choices

  1. Help it out - gain 4 XP in Perception and Strength, enhanced with mining weapon
  2. Attack it - fight Burrowing Drone
  3. Topple rocks on it - gain 4 XP in Perception and Strength, slows down mining
  4. Leave it to digging - Walk away

Attack it

The drone seems confused, reorienting its head several times as you approach it, but eventually starts striking back with its digging arm.

(Fight: Burrowing Drone)

Topple rocks on it

You dislodge a pile of rubbler higher in the dig, burying the drone from sight. Well, even if you didn't crush it, it should take a while for it to burrow its way back out.

Leave it to digging

Yeah, it's doing a fine job by itself, no reason to get in its way.
