You come across a student with a mohawk, running around and apparently having the time of his life. He mostly seems to be smashing decorations with other, larger decorations.

As you approach, he pauses for a moment to glance over his shoulder at you.

Give him some pamphlets

It takes quite a bit of back and forth, but you eventually convince the punk to hand out fliers instead of breaking stuff. The security guards looming nearby definitely help your case.

Or, if the setup has been really disrupted?

He glances at the pamphlets and says "Open bar? Sold!"

Even so, he doesn't seem interested in stopping his rampage. Apparently with all the money the University blew on the headliners, they can't afford security.
