Smuggler's Crate

Description	This small crate is marked with "Biohazard! Do not open!" stickers, presumably so nobody wanted to search it. Looks like it might have been underwater for a while too.
Type	Usable
Use	The crate is mostly filled with packing material, but there is a small cigar box hidden near the bottom filled with Cuban cigars. They smell delicious. You found: 6 Cuban cigars OR This crate was, probably unwisely, shipped with minimal packing materials. It used to contain electronics, but everything except a handful of memory cores in the center are shorted out from being submerged. You found: 2-3 copies of the Matsuo finale OR The crate contains a smaller metal box labeled with chemical hazard stickers and a stenciled on 'NOFORN' covering one side. After some effort, you crack the seal to find a lump of grey gel. It doesn't seem immediately dangerous, so you take it in case it comes in handy. You found: reactive gel OR The crate is filled almost to the top with dry ice. Half digging, half chipping through the ice, you find several extremely well preserved squid. Oh, you've heard of these. They're endangered from over-hunting. You found: 6-8 endangered squids OR An offbrand My Little Idoru plushy stares up at you out of the box. Knowing the drill, you cut open the plush to find the brick of Nova within. You're not sure how they thought hiding the drugs in a doll in a biohazard box was low key, but it seems to have worked. You found: 6-8 pinches of Nova
Multi	You open the shipments and pour out their contents. People ship some interesting stuff. Not necessarily useful, but definitely interesting.
