Description	An actual candle being covered with snow and cold to the touch would be a weird sign, but this is a fake candle made out of polysteel. Of course, the snow is also polysteel, so the candle being cold might actually still be a little weird.

Use	If you have a tree set up in your dwelling: You add the friendly wreath to your Christmas tree. Otherwise: You set aside the friendly wreath [sic] for when you have a Christmas tree up.
Multi	You add the snowy candles to your Christmas tree.
Effects	Adds a snowy candle ornament to the Christmas tree in your apartment.
