Description	Bought from a shady arms dealer in the back room of the Happy Hour, these are plans for his perfect sparring ring. You'd have to see it in action, but it has some damned good ideas.
Class	Usable
Use	You gingerly unfold the plans and take a closer look. You unlocked a Sparring Ring for your gang. If you are a Leader or Bean Counter, you may add it to any one location with a Gym from the Gang Stash screen.
