It'll take some planning to get your fight on top of the Waterfront's countless crates and shipping containers. On the bright side, once you're up there, it should make things pretty awkward for anyone trying to approach you.

Specifically, any attack opposing a Technique with a substiantially higher Chain value won't be able to reach its target.
