Description	This eyedropper is carefully sealed on the end and filled with a faintly glowing blue liquid. You've learned a lot about drugs living in Southside, but nothing about this rings a bell.

Use	You drip the fluid into your eyes. For a moment, everything is blue and glowing. Then, other colors emerge, dancing as threads in the blue vastness.
Multi	You squirt several doses of the fluid into your eyes. At first, the blue glow overtakes your vision, but as you get used to it, different colors begin to emerge as dancing threads.
Effects	Gives 15 energy of Blue Eyes (gain 3 additional energy per Eclipse Duration)
