Description	If you've ever wanted to carry around a ball of flame with no apparent fuel source, now's your chance! It seems to obey your mental commands, not burning you too badly even when you hold it.
Type	Offhand (Usable)
Use	You let go of the fire and hope it does something interesting. Either naturally or based on your command, the fire leaps into the air, arcing up in a vast pillar of smokeless fire. After about a minute it goes away, but anyone wondering where you might be probably has a good guess.
Multi	You let the fires go. They circle around you for a moment, then surround you with a ring of flame, stretching up towards the sky. It takes a few minutes to fade, leave no illusions that you might be able to hide your presence.
Use Effects	Gain 40? energy of Obvious Presence (I had 6 Fire power and 4 fire defense, red goggles equipped, no energy of red lenses effect) (item consumed)
Equip Effects	+6 Fire Power -12 Fire Defense
