Description	Little Eddie stole the plans for this special holographic target gallery to build on to his basic firing range. It'll take some serious profits to actually put it together, but it looks pretty interesting from the pictures.
Type	Usable
Use	You check into the firing gallery plans and see if you have any use for them. You unlocked a Target Gallery for your gang. If you are a Leader or Bean Counter, you may add it to any one location with a Firing Range from the Gang Stash screen.
Effects	Unlocks a Target Gallery for your Gang in one location (requires a firing range already installed, and an extra 200 profits). The target gallery allows you to "train with recordings made by your gangmates."
