Techniques That Enhance Other Techniques

Exactly what it says on the tin. For spading purposes, should we try to use these techniques with certain gear or conditions to try to enhance new techniques.

For most techniques that have conditions to "work properly", they will not enhance other techniques unless they "work properly". (Eg. most Etheric techniques require Eclipse to enhance other techniques; techniques that require items equipped need that item, etc.)
